We also prioritise cleanliness throughout, with hygienic processes, single-use applicators, careful preparation of products, and scheduling that ensures your therapist can give you the care and attention you deserve.
What To Expect Before And After Waxing
We want you to get the best possible results from your visit, which is why we recommend that you wait 2-3 weeks after shaving, or 3-4 weeks after waxing, before your session.
Some short-lived redness or sensitivity can occur, especially in sensitive areas like the face, bikini line or underarms, but this will usually settle within an hour or two. Following your appointment, keep the area clean and avoid active skincare, heat, sun or sweat for the rest of the day.
Between your waxing appointments, we recommend that you gently exfoliate and moisturise with gentle products which helps prevent ingrown hairs.

Waxing and threading both have their own benefits, so the best choice comes down to the treatment you’re booking. Waxing is quicker on large areas, while threading allows for precision, making it great for facial hair removal, especially around the brows.
How long does my hair need to be for waxing?

Hair needs to be long enough for the wax to grip, which ideally is around the length of a grain of rice. If your hair is too short, your therapist may recommend waiting a little longer for the best result.
Does waxing hurt?
You may feel a quick sting as the hair is removed, especially during Brazilian waxing or first-time appointments. Our therapists work quickly and carefully to keep you as comfortable as possible.
