In order to ensure that you obtain your desired appointments, we recommend booking as far in advance as possible to ensure availability. For spa treatments that are over an hour we require a 50% deposit at the time of booking. We ask that you please arrive 10-15 minutes prior to your treatment time. We will do our best to accommodate late arrivals. However, the length of service may be adjusted so as to not interrupt the scheduled appointments of other guests.
CANCELLATION POLICIES AND FEES
Your spa treatments are reserved especially for you. Should you need to cancel or reschedule please notify us at least 24 hours in advance for all appointments. Any cancellations with less than 24 hours of notice and no shows are subject to loss of deposit or the prepaid treatment. When you schedule your appointment with us, you are agreeing to these policies.
Deposit is required to secure group appointment. Exclusive use of the Spa is available; please inquire for fees and availabiliy.
We kindly request that you turn your cell phones to vibrate or off during your treatment. Cell phone use may affect the length of your spa services.
Underwear is required for all spa treatments. We will provide you with disposable underwear where appropriate.
Gift Certificates are available in any amount and may be purchased at the spa or from our website. Unfortunately, we are unable to process any returns or reimburse any payment transactions on gift certificates even if lost, misplaced or stolen. Gift Certificates cannot be redeemed as cash. Gift Certificates must be mentioned when making your appointment.
REFUNDS & RETURNS
It is our mission to provide you with the highest-quality of skin and body care products with our services. In fact, you may like these products so much that you wish to use them every day in your own home! In the event you purchase any of our spa products for home use and find them to be defective, we will exchange any products within 14 days of purchase, provided a receipt is presented. Unfortunately we cannot provide cash refunds for returned products. Instead a spa credit will be provided for any returned products to be used on any other products or spa services available. Should you receive spa credit, this is valid for three months commencing from date of original purchase.
If you are unsatisfied with the quality of the manicure and pedicure (including mis-shaped nails, chipped polish), we will re-do the service at no cost to you provided that you tell us immediately after we have performed the service. We will not be responsible for any breaking or infected nails. We will not offer any refund, credit note or re do the service because you have simply changed your mind.
As soon as you have walked out the spa door that means you have accepted and are happy with the service provided to your nails. We will charge you for the costs of any repairs that we have to carry out because of damage that you have caused. For example due to your own lack of care your nails, or the finish to your nails, they are damaged (in that they are broken or chipped).
Please leave all jewelry and valuables at home. iGlow Spa is not responsible for lost or misplaced items.
Please arrange for child care prior to your visit. This is your time to relax and let your pampering journey begin
The staff of iGlow Spa perform services for which we are qualified (professionally, physically and emotionally) and able to do. We reserve the right to refrain from working on a person who is under the influence of alcohol or drugs. Sexual harassment will not be tolerated. If our safety feels compromised, the session will be stopped immediately. Full payment of the service will be required, prepaid treatments will be forfeited.
